DO YOU PAINT PET PORTRAITS?
Yes I do. Pet portraits are extremely popular and make great gift ideas. All I need is a good photo and I can
create one of a kind paintings or drawings.
HOW DO I PAY?
LFVA accepts VISA, Mastercard, cash cheques or money orders. Contact me directly to find out the best way to
send payment.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
I understand why one would hesitate to order online. But I try to make things as simple as possible. I do not
require credit card payment and I only require a small down payment to cover initial costs.
HOW DO I GET A PICTURE TO YOU IF I DON'T HAVE A SCANNER?
You can certainly mail me you original photographs if you can not acquire a scanner. I am extremely careful with
them and guarantee you that I will treat it like my own. If you are in the area, you can always make an
appointment to visit me in my home studio or at the St Jacobs Market during market hours to drop off photographs.
THE SIZE OF THE PAINTING I WANT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR PAGE. HOW MAY I REQUEST A LARGER
PAINTING?
Any size of canvas or drawing is available. I often quote in standard sizing (11 x 14 or 16 x 20). For larger
paintings or different measurements, please contact me and I will send you a free estimate within 48 hours.
MY PHOTO HAS 2 PEOPLE IN IT. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA?
For an artist, having two figures on the paintings requires as much detail work as two portraits. Actually, my pricing
structure has a great benefit to my customers.
WHY ARE YOU ABLE TO OFFER LOWER PRICES COMPARED TO MANY OTHER ARTISTS?
LFVA is continuously striving to find new ways to serve clients better. Quite honestly, my prices are lower because
I do not use a high mark up. I use quality products and create high quality art work priced for average people.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Standard shipping costs are additional to the pricing. Unfortunately, I can not get an accurate cost until I am
ready to ship. I will ship via Purolator, UPS or Canada Post depending on the urgency of the shipment and overall
shipping cost. Pick up or delivery can be arranged to save costs of shipping if you are in Guelph Ontario or the
surrounding area.
